Refund Policy

 

Summary

  • The day that the product arrives, you have a window of 30 days to make a refund 
  • 10 Business days to process refunds
  • There are no extra fees when making a refund

Cancellations 

You'll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email after you have made the purchase. If it has been exactly one hour from your purchase, you will no longer be able to make any further cancellations.

Return Process

You have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return you must meet the following: 

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • The product is in its original packaging (with the original tags still attached)

To begin a return, please contact us at Kingson78119@gmail.com and our support team will provide you with detailed information on how to return the package back to us. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment you used within 10 business days. 

Damages 

Please thoroughly inspect your package and contact us immediately at Kingson78119@gmail.com if the item is defective or damaged. We advise that you take photos of the package, attach your order number, and provide a brief explanation of what's wrong. After the verification from our support team you will have two options: 

  • Provide you a full and complete refund.
  • or send you a new and fresh product.
